- All our products are delivered by Royal Mail, First Class recorded delivery. This is an insured postal service and all deliveries will need to be acknowledged by a signature on delivery. If nobody is available at the time of delivery Royal Mail will take the parcel to either a local post office or sorting office for collection or arrange a time for a re-delivery. Information on this will be posted on a card by Royal Mail when they attempt to deliver the parcel. All items can be tracked on the Royal Mail website with the tracking number that will be included in your order confirmation email..

PerfumeandAftershave.com only sell 100% genuine products. We do not stock, handle, sale or distribute fake or copied perfume or aftershave.
All stock offered on the site is subject to availability.
All our prices include VAT at the current rate. When we import fragrances from overseas we pay all custom duties owing on the import and distribute from the UK. We do not sell fragrances direct from overseas.
All photos are used for illustration only. Please read carefully the exact product and packaging descriptions supplied before ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified.
Testers and damaged boxed stock are 100% genuine, they have never been used or on display. Testers are not supplied free of charge and will have on the bottle or the packaging that they are for demonstration or not for individual sale. Items bought at a discount rate or in a sale are only valid if bought at that rate and will not be refunded at a higher rate.

We send all our deliveries by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required at the delivery point and goods will not be released without one. Royal Mail may attempt to deliver the goods at a later defined date or hold the package for a period of time at a destination of their choice. If the goods are not signed for within a time specified by Royal Mail the goods will be returned to PerfumeandAftershave and the purchase cancelled. These terms are set out by Royal Mail and PerfumeandAftershave.com cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items.
Should we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order we will contact you at the first available time to discuss alternatives. At PerfumeandAftershave.com's sole discretion the order may be changed for other goods or cancelled.
